Cucumber-Onion Salad This is a simple but necessary side dish, as the cucumber and yogurt will help to cool down a spicy meal. It is a side dish, and about 2 tablespoons are enough per person. 1 large cucumber Wash and peel 1 large cucumber. Dice into 1/16-inch pieces. Use up the whole cucumber. Dice 1 small onion. Mix with cucumber in a dish. Add drained yogurt, salt, and mint. Mix well, and place in refrigerator for 45 minutes before serving. Serves 4 |
